Amethyst Hamilton had a rough start at birth, but when she was adopted by her aunt and uncle, her life changed for the better. Surrounded by aunts and uncles who would do anything for her and more cousins than she can count, she's had a safe and comfortable life. After years of hard work, her dream of becoming a pediatrician finally became reality, and the care she gives her patients truly showed her love of children.
Even though she is encompassed by a family that loves her, she’s still alone. That has begun to wear on her even though she isn’t quite ready to admit it.
